Award ceremony brings top diplomats to Hartford

Top diplomats will be traveling from around the globe to Hartford next month for an award ceremony and celebration of leaders who are shaping today’s world.

The Diplomat and Luminary Award 2025 will open its doors to diplomats and guests soon, as a highly anticipated global event is bringing some of the world’s most outstanding leaders to Hartford. The gathering is being organized by The World Affairs Council of Connecticut, which will roll out the red carpet and welcome over 50 invited diplomats to attend.

The purpose of the event is to recognize the efforts and ideas of these diplomats while helping them make connections with top leaders in Connecticut. Organizers aim to provide an evening of illumination and inspiration for attendees while also offering opportunities to network with the leaders in attendance. Business card printing is a classy and professional way to share information and make introductions at such events.

The event is open to both members and non-members of the host venue. The 2025 award will be presented to Donald Allan, Jr., the President and CEO of Stanley Black & Decker, and is being sponsored by Webster Bank and Mohegan Sun.

The Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art in downtown Hartford will host the ceremony on Tuesday, June 10th, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Tickets cost $99 for members and $125 for non-members online.
