The Studio City Business District will be hosting its annual Holiday Sidewalk Stroll the first Saturday in December.
Ventura Boulevard from Laurelgrove to Vantage will come alive with the holiday spirit as festive Studio City residents stroll from brightly decorated business to business enjoying their freebies and raffles. Live musicians will be playing seasonal music and strolling Victorian carolers will be singing traditional songs.
The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who will be greeting little ones. The Whoville pair will be available for pictures, so everyone will want to remember to bring their cameras. Parents that take their children for pictures with Christmas characters such as these often take the photos to nearby Print shops or Stationery printers to be made into Holiday Cards. Everyone is also invited to take selfies in the LA snow fall.
Local merchants will be displaying plenty of gifts for shoppers to get for those still on their seasonal gift lists. Free parking will be available at the City Garage, 12225 Ventura Blvd.
Holiday Sidewalk Stroll will take place on Saturday, December 7 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
Local Tchaikovsky lovers may opt to attend the Degas Dance Studio’s Nutcracker at the APAEC Agoura Performing Arts Education Center, 28545 West Driver Avenue, Agoura Hills at 5:00 pm. The performance will feature professional dancers as well as student and pre-professional artists. Another performance is scheduled for the next evening, December 8.
