Foodies that enjoy the Top Chef Television series will be heading over to Hollywood Universal Studios for the first ever Bravo’s Top Chef Food & Wine Festival coming in mid-March.
Attendees can taste dozens of culinary samples from an eclectic menu reminiscent of those foods presented on Bravo’s hit show, Top Chef. Special cocktails, craft beers, and wines will be available to accompany the tastings. There will also be desserts.
Live Quickfire challenges will have All-Stars LA contestants from Season 17 vying for top honors as they chop, stir and race to complete their all-new dishes before they hear the show’s famous phrase, “Hands up, utensils down!”
Shirley Chung, a fan favorite, will conduct a Top Chef Alumni panel. Top Chef Alumni will discuss their accomplishments and disasters during the show. There will also be a Q&A session.
Fans can meet and talk to the Top Chef contestants and get their pictures taken with their favorite "cheftestants." Fans that get their pictures taken with their favorite celebrities often take the photos to Stationery printers and have them put on notecards, or included in the following year’s family Calendars. Studio City guests will receive keepsake gifts and commemorative credentials.
Former Top Chef contestants with Chung will be Eric Adjepong, Jennifer Carroll, Lisa Fenandes, Stephanie Cmar, Kevin Gillespie, and Jamie Lynch.
Bravo’s Top Chef Food & Wine Festival will take place March 19 and 20 at Universal Studios Hollywood starting at 7:00 pm.
