Kismet Rotisserie Studio City is now open on N Coldwater Canyon Avenue at The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge.
Owned and operated by Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson, who introduced Kismet to the area in 2017, Kismet Rotisserie Studio City has an expanded kitchen and works with local produce growers and farmers.
The location in Studio City spans 1,200 square feet for both the eatery and kitchen. The interior is bright and was designed by Lovers United. It features a robust delivery and take-out program with space to serve walk-ups. There is also outdoor seating right outside the take-out window and throughout the retail and other adjoining restaurant areas.
The menu at Kismet Rotisserie Studio City features whole and half chickens, chicken salad, humus, and chicken sandwiches. The signature side dish is the schmaltzy potatoes, which are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The kids’ menu features pita sandwiches and a chicken plate with hummus and veggies.
The chickens are free range, air chilled, and free of antibiotics, and are born and bred in California then brought down from Sonoma County. The vegetables come from local farmers who the owners know and trust at the Santa Monica and Hollywood Farmers Markets.
Flyer printing can be used to promote such new eateries and their unique concepts in dining.
The hours for Kismet Rotisserie Studio City are daily from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
