Interactive cooking show to be hosted near Studio City

The Bollywood Kitchen show is set to take place close to Studio City throughout January.

This live event will feature Srio Rao, a filmmaker and writer who will be preparing Indian dishes step-by-step while telling the tale of how his parents came to America, the homemade meals he grew up with, and his families enjoyment of Bollywood musicals over the years.

Studio City locals who wish to participate have three registration options. Here For The Party costs $40 per household and includes a ticket for streaming only, and digital Copies of the featured recipes. Bollywood Foodie is priced at $95 per household and includes the same perks as the previous option with the addition of the Bollywood box, which contains several key ingredients participants will need to prepare the dishes featured in the event. Chef’s Table costs $175 per ticket and includes all of the previous items with the addition of Srio Rao’s autographed cookbook, physical recipe cards, a link to a recording of the show after it ends, and the option to ask Srio questions. The organizers of similar events often turn to printing services to create high quality Copies of necessary materials.

The event will be livestreamed from the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles throughout next month on Fridays and Saturdays, beginning on January 15 and concluding on February 20.
