Things are heating up in Sorrento Valley.
The Conscious Cook is hosting a three-course, plant-based cooking class with organic ingredients next week. The first course consists of a citrus salad, while the main course features squash and dessert involves strawberries. Benita Ghura will teach the session.
The Conscious Cook focuses on teaching people how to eat healthily and use traditional cooking methods. The company also uses special cookware to help retain more of food's natural vitamins and minerals. It is likely the establishment has used a catalog printing service to make a publication containing specific details about its classes, services, and cookware.
Along with having guest speakers, the establishment has both private and group cooking classes. During its corporate lunch and learning sessions, a team will come to an office and help teach employees how to live a healthier lifestyle and enjoy a nutritious meal. In addition, the company currently offers a promotion where it will come to people’s homes and cook for their family, free of charge.
Among her qualifications, owner Sadie King is a certified nutritional consultant and has studied nutrition extensively. Health experts, doctors, and professional athletes support the company and cookware.
