Web hosting company GoDaddy and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of the Pacific Southwest are partnering to encourage local entrepreneurs.
Businesspeople who service those in the San Diego area, which includes Sorrento Valley, are invited to participate in the 2021 cohort of the Main St. Accelerator Program.
Known as the BBB Empower program, this is a comprehensive program that lasts 16 weeks and enables Main St. entrepreneurs, along with leading companies and organizations, to learn about best practices and gain tools to increase the success of their businesses.
Among the topics to be included in the program are financial tips, business ethics, legal issues, and Website Design. Participants in the program are expected to spend four to six hours per week during the program and engage with their Empower cohort and mentors.
Printing services are often used to create high-quality materials for such programs.
In addition, there will be opportunities for entrepreneurs and businesses to network and exchange Business Cards with each other. GoDaddy will also be supplying to attendees many of its products.
Applications to attend the program are being accepted until the last business day of the month. Those applications which are accepted will be invited for an interview in November.
