IHP Capital Partners will be partnering with California West Communities, a residential homebuilding company based in San Diego, to develop 113 three-story townhouses on 4.9 acres of land it has purchased in Escondido.
Called Eclipse, it will be the 11th such collaboration between the two companies. Those who work or live in Sorrento Valley will no doubt be interested in this upcoming project.
Senior vice president at IHP Capital Partners, Jeff Enes, expressed his excitement about partnering once again with California West to bring this community with many popular amenities to the San Diego region. He added that Eclipse will have floor plans that can be easily used for home learning, office space, and other uses, at prices that will be attractive to homebuyers at this time. Such partnerships often turn to brochure printing to provide more details about floor plans, amenities, and other features of such homes.
Each home will have between two and four bedrooms, and will range in size between 1,143 and 1,578 square feet. Almost half of the townhouses will be end units, meaning having three sides of the home exposed to the outside in order to provide more light into doors and windows. Among the amenities will be several landscaped open spaces, a tot lot, and a swimming pool and jacuzzi.
