Ike’s Love & Sandwiches will be opening a new shop in the Sorrento Valley area later this year.
Ike’s is an iconic sandwich brand which is known for its Dirty Sauce and signature Dutch Crunch bread and is expanding across the western part of the United States. CEO of Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, Michael Goldberg, said that the brand is expanding as its fans love their sauce and variety of vegetarian, vegan, and meat sandwiches. He added that they have a seasoned and energetic executive team who has enabled successful growth over the past few years.
The new location will have its own exclusive sandwich offerings with eclectic names that pay tribute to local icons and celebrities. Ike’s has over 800 sandwiches with many options. Each sandwiches has the eatery’s Dirty Sauce baked into the bread. Ike’s also offers four types of bread with its signature “Dutch crunch,” meaning crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Local Print shops can be hired to create Menus with more details about breads, fillings, signature offerings, and sandwiches for kids.
There will special be activities on opening day, with giveaways of T-Shirts, free sandwiches, fundraisers for the community, special deals, and appearances by Ike Shehadeh. The location in Sorrento Valley is currently hiring staff for the new shop.
