A financing package of $203m has been secured by LL Capital Markets for Vive Luxe in the Kearny Mesa submarket of San Diego on Sunroad Centrum Lane.
Vive Luxe is a multi-housing community with 442 units offering apartment with one, two, or three bedrooms. Other features include open-concept living spaces, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and gourmet kitchens that are fully equipped with quartz countertops. Amenities include a resort-style spa and pool, a fitness center open 24 hours a day, a sky deck, ocean lounge, and a resident wine lounge.
The community has easy access to many state and interstate highways and is also close to many major centers of employment, including Sorrento Valley, the University Towne Center, Mission Valley, and downtown San Diego. The San Diego International Airport and Montgomery Field airport are also close by. Analyst Mariah Feghali, Associate Bharat Madan, and Senior Managing Directors Tim Wright and Aldon Cole comprised the JLL Capital Markets Debt Advisory team involved in the transaction. Cole said this financing is the final capitalization on one of the highest profile developments is the recent history of San Diego. He added that the opportunity was aggressively pursued by the debt market, which emphasizes the long-term importance and uniqueness of this housing development.
