Beer lovers in and around Sorrento Valley can get their fill of brew samples on two different dates at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.
The Del Mar Brew Fest will offer guests, aged 21 and up, dozens of quality beer samples from a selection of 100 different brews; along with popular beers, there will also be unique varieties. In addition, representatives will be available to answer questions about their breweries and beer.
Along with sampling beer, guests can enjoy live DJ music or purchase food from gourmet food trucks. Vendors will also be selling beer merchandise and other items.
Admission to the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club is $6. Entrance into the beer fest area is free. For $20, attendees will receive five 7oz samples. Full-sized beers will also be available for purchase. Through July 19, there is a special on pre-sale tickets for July 25 - $22 for admission and a wristband that can be used for five 7oz samples, a savings of $4.
The Brew Fest will take place on July 25 and on August 29 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Flyer printing is one way event organizers can reach a large portion of the local community.
The beer fest will be held in the Seaside Cabana and Seaside Concert area of the venue. The Del Mar Thoroughbred Club is located on 2260 Jimmy Durante Boulevard.
