The workout can include strength training, cardio, rowing, spinning, barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. The choice of fitness workout is left to the participants.
The Phoenix will describe its non-profit organization, which provides aid in the community for people with substance use dependencies. The goal of the entity is to serve the community to the fullest extent possible and direct participants to proper and necessary resources. The cost of membership is 48 hours of sobriety. The leaders feel that lifting weights is healthy, but the real weight is when hearts, minds, and spirit are lifted.
