OC Japan Fair returns to Costa Mesa

The 17th OC Japan Fair will bring Japanese culture to Southern California this fall. It will showcase cuisine, shopping, and live performances.

The three-day festival will feature over 250 booths, including more than 65 meal vendors serving sushi, ramen, sweets, sake, and other traditional and modern offerings. Attendees can also shop for anime merchandise, kimonos, games, and handmade goods.

Entertainment will span three stages, offering a wide range of performances. Visitors can expect J-POP music, tuna-cutting demonstrations, comedy shows, traditional instruments, and cultural displays. A cosplay showcase is scheduled for Saturday.

Ticket pricing is structured in advance and at the door. Early Bird tickets are $17 plus fees until October 16th, with sales ending that night. General admission beginning October 17 is $20 plus fees, with final ticket prices listed at $23.18 including processing costs. Children six and under and seniors over 65 will receive free entry. Tickets are limited, non-refundable, and valid for one day only, allowing guests to choose any festival date for entry.

Promotional services like flyer printing can help vendors and community groups share details of the fair and highlight participation for events such as this one.

The fair will occur from Friday, October 17th, through Sunday, October 19th. Event hours are 4 pm to 10 pm on Friday, 12 pm to 10 pm on Saturday, and 11 am to 7 pm on Sunday. The festival will be held at the OC Fair and Event Center, 88 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa.
