The 15th annual Orange County Children’s Book Festival is taking place next month in Costa Mesa.
The festival is set to feature over 100 children’s authors and illustrators who will be reading from their works or giving presentations. There will also be more than 135 exhibitors on hand. These exhibitors will include education providers talking about their institutions, literacy organizations giving information about their programs and services, and booksellers. Many exhibitors will also be hosting hands-on activities and interactive games for people of all ages.
There will be six stages including the Storyteller stage, the Illustrator stage, and the Early Reader/Teen/Middle Grade stage. In addition, there will be children’s activities such as face painting, balloon twisting, and an animal petting area.
Among the special guests at the festival will be astronaut Nicole Stott who will talk about living and working on the International Space Station.
This popular festival attracted over 33,000 visitors last year and to ensure as many show up this year, organizers may invest in flyer printing services from a Costa Mesa printing company.
