Dale Carnegie of Orange County will present an online session for residents in cities within the region, including Costa Mesa. The 90-minute live instructed course will address Creating a Culture of Enthusiasm in a Remote Team.
As employees are forced to work remotely, many companies are dealing with lower morale and sinking energy levels. The Dale Carnegie webinar will focus on how to drive areas such as self-confidence, communication, people skills, and leadership to higher and more positive levels.
Innovative team-building tools will be examined for helping leaders develop leadership skills in encouraging team members to be enthusiastic, flexible and easily approached. Re-engaging team members in the “new normal” and helping increase cooperation as well as productivity will result in a happier staff and a more successful organization.
