The 30th annual Southern California Spring Garden Show is taking place for four days this month in Costa Mesa.
The theme of this year's show is ‘At home in the garden’. There are expected to be over 50 vendors on hand to sell plants, flowers, and garden accessories. Several organizations will also be providing information such as the Master Gardeners of Orange County. There will also be 10 garden displays so that visitors can imagine how their gardens can be. In addition, visitors can enjoy a 25-foot plant-related centerpiece.
There will be several free and paid seminars as well. Topics for the free ones will include orchid growing and plant pairings for container gardens. There will also be a walking tour of the palm collection in South Coast Plaza. Paid ones include handmade cards ($10 to $30), cooking with wine ($59), and Taste of the Island Chef for $60; the costs of each seminar are to cover supplies.
Several children's activities are planned, including crafts, worm observation, and face painting. There will also be cooking demonstrations taking place in the Stonewall Kitchen.
Costa Mesa printing services companies are often asked to provide Banners and signage to the organizers of such events.
