Outdoor enthusiasts look forward to expo

Campers and other outdoor folk here in Flagstaff will want to attend the Overland Expo West 2022 coming later this month.

The expo will be a professional-level trade show with over 400 exhibitors selling and demonstrating cutting-edge camping, motorcycle, and vehicle equipment and services. Experts will be offering over 200 classes and programs for beginners to advanced attendees.

All three days will open at 8:00 am with educational programming, Bronco Ride Along, and Learn How to Ride a Moto demonstration. Demo rides will be available at the URAL (sidecar motorcycles) and Triumph (motorcycles) booths.

The Motorcycle Expedition Area will have a custom course with instruction given by Dragon Adventure rider, Bill Dragon. All bikes and riding skill levels are invited.

On the Friday evening, the 5:00 -7:00 pm happy hour will be hosted by Battle Born Batteries, and Saturday’s host will be Toyo Tires. Also, from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm on the Friday, the Fieldcraft Survival Overland Theater will present the Overland Expo Film Festival.

A Rider Justice Moto party, dinner, and raffle will take place Saturday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Prizes will be motorcycle specific.

Day passes will be $20 and weekend passes ware $80. Vehicle camping ($485, $325, and $225) and moto camping packages ($335, $265, and $165) are available. Overland Expo gear featuring the event graphic design will be available at the site.

Overland Expo West 2022 will be at Fort Tuthill County Park from Friday, May 20 to Sunday, May 22.
