Flagstaff welcomes fall with Cornucopia

Hullabaloo will be bringing its annual Cornucopia Fall Festival to Flagstaff in late September. The two-day event will offer fall-themed attractions, plus food and merchandise from local vendors.

Guests can choose pumpkins in the pumpkin patch, hunker down in the hay on the horse-drawn hay ride, and enjoy live entertainment like Bacchus circus acts, the little Suzuki violinists, Theatrekids, and Ballet Folklorico.

Those with an appetite can sign up for the pie-eating contest from 10:00 am until the contest starts at 1:00 pm. Prizes will be awarded.

Attractions that will require tickets will be the pony and elephant rides, the Zipline, Super Slide, roller coaster, inflatables (slides, bounce houses and obstacle course), carnival games and other midway rides. Wristbands for unlimited rides will be available for $35. The hay maze will be free.

A kids’ talent show will take place at 2:30 pm. Sign-ups begin when the gates open. This will not be a contest but a showcase for our talented youth. Parents that take pictures of their young stars often take the photos to local Stationery printers to be included in the family yearly Calendars. Dogs on leashes are invited to come and experience Pet Friendly Dog World.

The Cornucopia Fall Festival will be Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29 from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm at the softball fields in Thorpe Park, 600 N. Thorpe Road.
