Those in Flagstaff looking for information about travel may be interested in attending the 9th Annual Northern Arizona Travel Expo coming to Flagstaff in mid-August.
The expo will feature cruise line, hotel chains and tour operators representatives and Avenues of the World Travelers Advisors who will be answering questions and offering tips to taking that perfect vacation. Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available and there will be door prizes.
Fifteen cruise lines to be represented will include National Geographic Expeditions by Lindblad, American Cruise Link, Crystal Cruises, Explora Journeys, Celebrity Cruises and Viking Cruises. Land operators will include African Travel, Abercrombie & Kent, Natural Habitat Adventures and TCS Work Travel.
Nine 15-minute live presentations will be offered in the Humphrey's and Kachina rooms. They will begin at 5:00 pm with Avenues of the World Travel giving insider tips in the Humphrey's Room and ending with a Seabourn presentation beginning at 6:35 pm in the Kachina Room. Guests may stop by the presenters' booths that will be out on the show room floor after the presentations to ask questions. Presenters at shows like this often bring plenty of Business Cards for anyone wanting to get in touch with them at a later date.
The 9th annual Northern Arizona Travel Expo will take place Wednesday, August 20th from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the Doubletree by Hilton Conference Center, 1175 Historic Route 66.
