Flagstaff park holds hullabaloo

Flagstaff Hullabaloo will be a community celebration coming in early June.

Musical lineup on the event's three stages will include Roll Me Home, The California Honeydrops, Orkesta Mendoza, Bad Delicious, Goldwax Revival, ChooPow, ZeeCeeKeely, Cisco & the Racecars, Viola & the Brakemen, and Cameron Jameson.

The bike parade will line up at 9:00 am at the City Hall Solar Lot and will begin at 9:30 am. Whacky costumes are encouraged. The Main Stage will have the kids' costume contests Saturday at 3:40 pm and the adult counterpart at 5:25 pm, and 2:55 pm and 4:40 pm on Sunday.

The Giant Puppet Parade Saturday will have a Mini Parade at 2:00 pm and a Big Parade at 4:00 pm, and on Sunday the Mini Parade will be at 1:45 pm and the Big Parade will be at 3:30 pm in the Puppet Tent. A Kids Area will feature an obstacle course, two bounce houses and a giant slide.

Visitors may don costumes to get pictures taken in the photo booth, and there will be a variety of food vendors. Pictures taken at events like this often go to local Print shops to be added to family newsletters and yearly Calendars.

The 16th annual Flagstaff Hullabaloo will take place at Wheeler Park, 212 W. Aspen, Saturday June 7th from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday June 8th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
