North Country Healthcare will be presenting its 2023 Flagstaff’s Small Business & Community Health Fair in early April. Its purpose is to offer free wellness and health services to the community to create a healthier Flagstaff.
The event will feature free health screenings such as free baseline blood tests (which need to be booked online before the event), free fitness and diet advice, alternative and natural care, and insurance alternatives and options. Attendees may also get on-site mammography testing, although this must be scheduled by calling 928-522-9404 before the event. There will also be information about low-cost and free wellness programs.
This year’s exhibitors will include fitness centers such as Academy of the Martial Way (a martial arts training school), Flagstaff Climbing (a neighborhood rock gym), Jazzercise (a fitness center), and healthcare and clinics such as Poore Medical Clinic, North Country HealthCare, New Life Wellness Arizona and Aspen Integrated Medical Center. Insurance options will include Arizona Central Credit Union, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, and Care 1st Health Plan Arizona.
Others will include mobile digital mammography provider Assured Imaging, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff, CPLC Parenting Arizona, and Southwest Fair Housing Council.
Attendees at fairs like this often amass Business Cards from exhibitors, and may keep them for future reference.
The 2023 Flagstaff’s Small Business & Community Health Fair has been scheduled for Friday, April 7 from 7:00 am to noon at the Flagstaff Aquaplex, 1702 N. 4th Street.
