Flagstaff Blues and Brews Festival returns

The 9th Annual Flagstaff Blues and Brews Festival will return in June.

Blues artists in the Friday lineup will include the Aaron McCall Band at 2:30 pm followed by Buffalo Nicols at 4:00 pm, Albert Cummings at 5:30 pm, and Samantha Fish at 7:30 pm.

Saturday’s line-up will begin at 11:30 am with JC and The Juke Rockers. They will be followed by Levi Platero at 12:20 pm, King Solomon Hicks at 1:15 pm, Southern Avenue at 2:45 pm, and Kenny Neal at 4:30 pm. The headliner for the evening will be Larkin Poe beginning at 6:30 pm.

As in year’s past, the event will benefit the Flagstaff Unified School District Foundation in its efforts to preserve music by funding projects for local students, including the Navajo Reservation. Initiatives include instrument repair, instrument rental, and music program enhancement.

Sponsor booths will include The Dog Wash, Noble Herb, Flagstaff Subaru, and Twin Arrows Casino and Resort. Food vendors will be selling seafood, potato tots, kababs, quesadillas, and BBQ.

Over 20 arts and craft vendors will be selling everything from aromatherapy, BBQ rubs, and hot sauce to laser engraved pictures and licorice.

Vendors at events such as this often have their business logo design on Bags, Signs, and Banners.

Flagstaff Blues & Brews will take place June 9 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and June 10th from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at Continental Country Club Driving Range, 5000 E. Old Walnut Canyon Road.
