Over 200 Flagstaff business leaders and members of the community will be attending the upcoming Summer Soiree at the Arboretum at Flagstaff. This event will be the arboretum’s platform for showcasing its gardens, education and conservation programs, and the arboretum’s future.
The evening festivities will take place outdoors. Simply Delicious will serve hors d’oeuvres which will be accompanied by beverages, including a signature cocktail.
Docents and arboretum staff will answer questions and lead mini-tours through the open layout. This site design will allow and encourage guests to explore the gardens and mingle with other attendees. Guests will also get the chance to bid on items found in the silent auction. Local talented youth will provide piano music.
Tickets are available at $75 per seat. Each ticket includes the cocktail hour and dinner with salad and dessert.
Each Title, Event, Table, and Garden sponsor will need to get their logo design to the Arboretum’ Summer Soiree committee as soon as possible to be included in the thank-you ad that will appear in the Arizona Daily Sun, and before the event’s banner printing.
Sponsor logos will also be included on the 2,000 e-mail Invitations and printed in the program, on the event’s website, and in the Arboretum E-Newsletter.
The Arboretum at Flagstaff Summer Soiree will take place Sunday, July 28 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at 4001 S. Woody Mountain Road.
