More than 8000 people are expected to attend The Flagstaff Pro Rodeo that will be returning to town in early June.
The two-hour event will offer bull riding, breakaway, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping, bareback riding and saddle bronc riding. For $30, kids under eight years old and 50 lbs. can sign up for Mutton Busting at 5:00 pm at the Royalty booth.
Vendors selling western and horse- related items will be located near the entrance gate and under the grandstands.
A Fundraiser 4D Barrel Race will be presented June 5th beginning at 4:00 pm in the Marshall Knoles Memorial Arena. Proceeds will go to Hope Cottage and the Hozhoni Foundation. Winners will receive buckles. WPRA sanctioned entry fees will range from PeeWee $25 to Adult $65.
Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9:00 am in the main arena, spectators can enjoy a free mounted shooting event.
Rodeo themes for the three nights will be Suicide Prevention Night on Thursday, First Responder's Night on Friday, and Patriotic Night on Saturday. Northern AZ Riding Stables is sponsoring a Saturday After Party beginning at 9:00 pm, with live music.

The Flagstaff Rodeo will take place from June 6th through the 8th, at Tuthill County Park. Gates will be open at 5:00 pm with shows from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
