Annual Pro Rodeo comes this month

Flagstaff Pro Rodeo (FPR) will be returning to Flagstaff for the last weekend in June.

The three-day event will feature bull riding, barrel racing, tie-down roping, steer wrestling, ream roping, saddle bronc riding, and bareback riding. Over 6,000 ticket holders are expected to attend.

For all three nights, general seating in the grandstand for adults will be $20 per night and kids’ tickets will be $10. Reserved Bleacher Seating will be $25. The $60 VIP tickets will include two free drinks and dinner.

Since all seating in the arena is not assigned, guests may want to get to the event right at 5:00 pm when gates open. The show will begin at 7:00 pm and end around 9:00 pm.

On the Wednesday night, starting at 5:00 pm, the venue will host a barrel race. After the Saturday night show, the arena will have a dance and live performance.

Food and merchandise vendors will be selling typical rodeo treats and memorabilia under and near the main entrance behind the grandstands. Official commemorative FPR merchandise such as T-Shirts and hats sporting the FPR logo design will also be available for purchase.

For $500, local businesses can do some banner printing and get their 3’ by 8’ Banners hung around the arena.

The Flagstaff Pro Rodeo will take place at For Tuthill County Park, 2446 fort Tuthill Loop, from June 24 through 26.
