Springdale burger battle to benefit organization

Arvest Ballpark in Springdale will be hosting a burger-making competition in October to raise funds for The Miracle League of Arkansas.

The Miracle League Burger Competition is an event where the public can help decide which chef has created the best burger. Participants in the contest will make four full-sized burgers to submit for a panel of judges and create sliders to give to event-goers. Those who win this year’s competition will be invited to another contest at Little Rock in June 2022. Winners will also receive a plaque. People can promote activities like this by using printing services to create promotional items such as Flyers and Banners.

The organizers will provide beef and buns for the festival, leaving cooks to bring their own ingredients to differentiate their burger from other competitors. All contestants must also bring cooking equipment and condiments. Each team involved in the contest may only consist of four members, and groups can only have a maximum of two people working in the prep area. All burgers made for the event must be at least 50% beef. Tents are optional for the competition.

The burger battle will be held on Sunday, October 10th at 9:00 am. Adult tickets for the activity will cost $20, while children 12 and below may enter for free. Chefs interested in registering for the event can pay $150. Judging for the competition will begin at 10:00 am.
