Arts One Presents will be organizing an exhibition starting in November at the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History in Springdale.
Dia de Muertos: A Cultural Interpretation of the Times is an upcoming art exhibit that pays tribute to Latin culture while showing how tradition is a lens that can impact artists. The gallery will showcase pieces created by 30 artists with Latin ancestry. The Latin Arts Organization of Arkansas has partnered with Arts One Presents to host this cultural exhibit at the museum. Arts One Presents, formally known as the Arts Center of the Ozarks, is an organization that wishes to empower artists and engage the community through inclusive experiences. The group organizes performing arts programs and art exhibits to showcase local talents. Arts One Presents also encourages creative collaboration between artists and businesses. The executive director of the arts organization is Anne Jackson, and the group’s visual arts program manager is David Gomez.
The cultural exhibition will take place from Saturday, November 6th to Saturday, December 4th and will be open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The exhibit will be closed on Sundays. Admission to the show is free, and registration is not required in advance. People can support the programs offered by Arts One Presents by donating to the organization.
