The Ozark Regional Arts & Crafts Festivals will hold an event at the Holiday Inn and NWA Convention Center in Springdale.
The Fall Fair is a juried marketplace where vendors can interact with craft shopping enthusiasts. Many products can be bought at the market, like antiques, home-spun crafts, and holiday gift ideas. Bill and Karen Lloyd are the festival’s founders. The organizers support Project Zero, which is a group that assists foster children by raising awareness of the need for foster families and helping kids meet the right family through connection events.
Businesses interested in attending the Fall Fair can purchase an 8’x10’ booth for $340. Vendors may also buy 10’x10’ spaces for $385, though those are limited. Merchants who require electricity at their stalls will need to pay $60, and stores requiring tables for their booths can rent one for $10. All participating shops in the event are required to pay a $100 deposit for their space and provide the organizers with two to three pictures of their products and booth display. Businesses bringing Flyers for other shows to their stalls must get prior approval.
The crafts marketplace will be held from Friday, October 14 to Saturday, October 15. Both dates of the event will open at 9:00 am. Businesses participating in fairs like this may bring promotional Pens to give to those who visit their stalls.
