The indie artist Ashtyn Barbaree will be holding a performance in January at JJ’s Grille in Springdale.
Ashtyn Barbaree is an Americana genre singer who is known for her smoky yet silky voice. Barbaree has toured internationally, though she has also played at venues throughout Arkansas such as the Rivercrest Orchard, River Bottom Winery, and The Oyster Bar. Her performances are often accompanied by a tenor eight-string ukulele, guitar, and upright bass. She has almost a decade of music experience and built her brand when she was 23 years old.
Barbaree released a self-titled EP in 2018 after winning a public voting contest that allowed her to record at Haxton Studios. Some of the songs featured on her album include Cinnamon in my Coffee, Head in the Clouds, and Fades Away. She is currently writing and recording her next album, which will be released sometime in 2021.
