Anchorage to promote local businesses with holiday market

Alaska Markets & Events Inc. will be organizing a seasonal festival in November at the Dena'ina Center in Anchorage.

The 33rd Annual Holiday Food & Gift Festival is a shopping experience where guests can find unique crafts, clothing, home products, and gourmet food. Several businesses will be attending the expo, such as the Red Carpet Flower Boutique, Wild at Heart Coffee Company, and Raven Glass Works. Guests can also visit Santa Land and Hank the Moose during the festival. The event's mission is to enhance the local quality of life while adding to the vitality of Anchorage.

Vendors interested in attending the festival can purchase booths starting at $475. There are also larger spaces available for merchants throughout the exhibitor hall that range from $875 to $1,300. Local non-profit groups with proof of their 501(c)(3) filing status may purchase a stall at the expo at a discounted rate. Businesses involved with holiday markets like this may bring Promotional Products to the event to interact with visiting customers.

The festival will occur on Saturday, November 6 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday, November 7 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The market is free to visit, and no registration is needed to attend.
