Anchorage to host food and farm festival

The Egan Center in Anchorage will hold a multi-day conference about the Alaska food system in November.

The Alaska Food and Farm Festival is a conference where people can learn about agricultural issues and take part in workshops. There are several keynote speakers for the fest, like Gabe Brown, Mariah Gladstone, and Ken Meter. Kelly Shore, the owner of Petals by the Shore, will give two workshops at the event. The first course will teach students how to make floral centerpieces, and the second lesson will teach guests how to create market bouquets.

There are several sponsorship options for businesses interested in the Alaska Food and Farm Festival. The Mover & Shake package is $10,000 and includes a vendor booth space and verbal acknowledgment at the keynote address. The highest tier is Aurora for $30,000.
