Anchorage to hold tattoo convention

The Ink Masters Tattoo Expo will be coming to the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel and Spa in August.

Those interested in getting a tattoo or viewing a variety of tattoo art can visit the Ink Masters Tattoo Expo. The convention will feature more than 80 award-winning artists from throughout the United States to create on-the-spot tattoos for clients during the event. The expo will be giving away up to $1,200 in free tattoos to those who sign up for the trade show’s giveaway. There will even be a zone for kids where children can receive temporary tattoos and get their faces painted.

Several competitions will be held throughout the tattoo convention that include categories such as best neo-traditional, best cover-up, and best geometric design. The tattoos judged in the contest must be started and completed on the same day as the expo. Artists interested in attending the show can pay $750 for a 10x10 or 8x8 booth space. Vendors who take part in events like this may give Promotional Products to people to improve their brand familiarity.

The tattoo expo will be held from Thursday, August 11 to Sunday, August 14. The show will open at 1:00 pm on the first two days, and at 11:00 am on the last two. Tickets for the convention cost $25 per person. Guests may purchase a three-day pass for $40.
