Faithless to play Falkirk

One of the hottest dance music acts of the nineties is coming to Falkirk this summer to perform its first live gig in almost a decade.

Faithless last took to the stage eight years ago, which will make this Falkirk show something of a comeback. The band will be playing in the town as part of the annual concert series known as Kelpies Live. That name comes from the fact that all of the shows in the series take place in Helix Park, which is the home of the Kelpies statues that are a celebrated local landmark.

The band was formed in 1995, at the height of the popularity of the dance music genre. It has proved more enduring than many of its contemporaries though, having since released a total of eight albums. Faithless has also enjoyed major hit singles like ‘God is a DJ’.

The band’s show in Falkirk will be its only live performance in Scotland during the summer. When it comes to advertising upcoming shows in the town, giveaway Promotional Products from Falkirk shops can be a good method.

Instead of the usual electronic beats, this particular Faithless show will see the band accompanied by an orchestra featuring 30 musicians. It is an opportunity for fans to hear the songs performed in a totally different way.

Faithless will play Kelpies in the Park on Saturday 6th June.
