A design and installation contractor from Hebburn has recently announced the news that it will be opening an office in East Kilbride, creating new jobs in the process.
Castle Building Services, a company recording an expected £20 million turnover this year, has expanded into Scotland following several previous project completions.
According to The Journal, the firm has grown steadily but strongly since its opening 13 years ago. One of its most recent achievements was when it secured its largest contract so far – providing installation services to Glasgow’s £29 million St. Vincent’s Plaza development.
The creators of the company, Tony Lister and Allan Carr, said that their goal was to create an innovative organisation with customer satisfaction in mind. Carr believes the company has achieved this through the growth over the past few years, and this significant expansion into Scotland.
The opening of the new office, situated where business solutions such as Print shops in East Kilbride are popular, falls in line with the appointment of Derek Reid as head of the office. Carr explains that Reid is a well-known director in Scotland due to his previous work, so the company believes he is the right choice.
As for next year, the company already says it has secured several orders, and the prediction is that turnover will reach more than £25 million for 2015.Get a Free Quote for Print
