After a 10-year lease has been signed, Escape Hunt will open escape rooms within the Watford-based intu shopping centre, with the venue including virtual reality experiences. Flyer printing is useful in the leisure sector, especially when something innovative needs to be promoted.
Richard Harpham, the chief executive of Escape Hunt, told the Hertfordshire Mercury:
“We’re thrilled to be bringing the magic of our immersive entertainment to Watford. Some of our most popular escape rooms will be opening at intu Watford, and we’re sure you’re going to love them.”
Escape Hunt was formed seven years ago. Since then, the business has obtained sites around the globe. Participants play within teams and have to accomplish tasks inside time limits.
Situated in an extension of the shopping centre, Escape Hunt will be occupying an area of approximately 4,000 square feet. Children from the age of eight may enjoy the experience.
Charlie Griffiths, an executive for the shopping district, feels that confidence is returning to the leisure industry. Griffiths believes that the sector is learning how to adapt to the threats posed by the pandemic, and that consumers want to have access to a diversity of options. Pointing out that there is considerable interest in the remaining space available, Griffiths predicted that more leases will be signed soon.
