Canada Life is a company that offers investment, insurance and retirement services and it has an international reputation. It will be moving into the block called Clarendon Works, which is located on Clarendon Road. The company is planning to occupy the entire fifth floor of that building, having first fitted it out to meet specifications. Once it moves in, Watford will be its main base of operations in the UK.
Companies in Watford often make use of local shops that offer Corporate Gifts when they need to woo new clients.
The decision by this particular company to locate itself in Clarendon Works will mean that 90% of the building is occupied. The developer behind the construction of the block is Arada London and it is currently negotiating with another firm for the remaining available space.
Paul Eden is the co-founder of Arada London. Speaking to the Watford Observer, he said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Canada Life to the building, joining a community of leading organisations who share our commitment to quality and wellbeing.”
He then added that it was another step forward for the building. Canada Life will move into Clarendon Works in the second quarter of next year.Get a Free Quote for Corporate Gifts
