The Wenta Business Centre is situated in Colne Way and was set up by the company of the same name in 1983. Wenta is an enterprise agency with a focus on economic growth and business start-ups. The company offers a mix of flexible working spaces, training schemes and support services from this centre, but is now keen to redevelop it. Wenta CEO Peter Abel met with the local MP Matt Turmaine last month to discuss this.
There was broad agreement during that conversation, so the plans seem almost certain to proceed. They will see most of the buildings that make up the current centre knocked down and replaced by two new ones. This will be part of a bigger project that is known as The DomeWorks.
Alongside amenities like this, Watford is home to other useful business services. They include local shops that can supply printed Business Cards for networking events.
Turmaine was quoted by the Watford Observer as saying:
“Wenta is a powerful engine for entrepreneurial growth and employment prospects in Watford for small and medium-sized businesses. The redevelopment and forward-thinking expansion plans will give the town a further competitive edge.”
Abel stated that the new-look business centre would provide the modern support that business owners need to succeed.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards Get a Free Quote for Plans
