Preston construction advisory firm expands

Preston-based enterprise, Jones Melling, which focuses on construction recruited more staff recently as part of its latest expansion.

The company has taken on four additional employees. Business Cards can be particularly useful for companies seeking to make new connections. Gary Melling, a director of the business, told the Lancashire Post:

“Our surveying services, for a wide range of building projects and property transactions, continue to be in demand. This is also leading to more enquiries for the associated architectural technology support we can offer our clients.”

Daniel Law, Rachael McMonagle and Simon Gummer will be working as building surveyors. Meanwhile, Lone Bech Nielsen will fill a post concerned with architectural technology. As a result of the appointments, Jones Melling should have a team of 20 when its 10th anniversary comes around.

Trident Building Consultancy used to employ Mr Law. As an assistant building surveyor, he accumulated skills in relation to life-cycle maintenance, pre-acquisition advice and condition surveys.

McMonagle brings an abundance of experience to Jones Melling. She previously worked from Liverpool for Ridge and Partners. Her specific expertise includes reinstatement cost assessments and building condition surveys.

Urban Vision, which is located in Salford, employed Gummer. Managing a diversity of projects has given him plenty to offer to Jones Melling.

In the business of architectural design for over three decades, Nielsen has developed her skills. TClarke was the organisation that she worked for prior to her fresh challenge.
