Top dance act to headline festival in Milton Keynes

A brand new music festival will be launching in Milton Keynes next summer, and the organisers have lined up a top dance act as headliners for it.

SMK Live is set to become the latest addition to festival season in the UK and it is already attracting prestige names. The headline stars for the inaugural event will be Basement Jaxx, a duo that have enjoyed numerous hits over the years. Among their most famous songs are ‘Romeo’ and ‘Red Alert’, and both are likely to be part of the set-list for their performance in the city.

There is no doubt that they will be one of the biggest draws for music fans, but they are not the only artists to be confirmed for the festival. Another act that will be playing is electronic group Clean Bandit, who have topped the charts with records like ‘Rockabye’ and ‘Rather Be’.

When the organisers of local live events need to promote them, poster printing by Milton Keynes shops is one of their options.

The venue for SMK Live will be Stadium:mk. Neil Hart is its chief executive officer and he told the Milton Keynes Citizen:

“This first-class line up, performing in this extraordinary stadium, promises to be an unforgettable experience.”

Other performers at the festival will be Moonchild Sanelly, Jak Jones and Ella Henderson. It takes place on 27th June.
