A music festival dedicated to the clubbing sounds of the 1990s will take place in Milton Keynes later this year, and it will double as a fundraising event.
This festival will mark the comeback of Ultra Vegas, which is slated as one of the most important underground music brands in the country. Starting life as a small club night organised by dance music fans during the 1990s heyday of the genre, it grew into a full-scale music festival. Now, it is coming back to the place where it all began, under the name of MKWeekender.
The line-up for the festival will run the gamut from indie bands and star DJs to orchestral Ibiza sounds. Among the Friday evening performers will be Ross Wood of Ultra Vegas, Jason Jay, who was the first resident DJ at Ultra Vegas, Tall Paul, and Symphonic Ibiza with Seb Fontaine.
When it comes to advertising local events like festivals, themed giveaway promotional products can be useful, and Milton Keynes has Print shops that can create them.
The Saturday line-up is more varied, ranging from dance music classics to indie rock and pop. Performers will include former Spandau Ballet star Martin Kemp and Scouting for Girls.
In addition to providing a great weekend for music fans, MKWeekender will raise money for local charity Willen Hospice.
It will take place on 14 and 15 August in Campbell Park.Get a Free Quote for Print
