Milton Keynes venue to host top UK band

A venue in Milton Keynes will host one of the hottest bands in the UK later this year as part of their nationwide tour.

Big Special is a band that is made up of Joe Hicklin and Callum Moloney, who handle vocals and drums respectively. Their music combines anger, humour, gentleness and imagery drawn from their working-class backgrounds in the Black Country. It has won them a dedicated fan following, so tickets for their show in Milton Keynes will likely sell fast. The venue for it will be the Craufurd Arms.

This is among the most popular places for live music in the city, and it is a venue that Big Special has played before. Fans can expect to hear favourites from their two albums, as well as reworked versions taken from new EP O’JOY!.

When local venues are looking to advertise their upcoming gigs, Posters are a reliable method. Milton Keynes has poster printing outlets that can supply them.

According to the Milton Keynes Citizen, Big Special has described the EP as featuring revisions of songs from their albums:
“We picked them up and took them back to the studio to rework and play with them to make them into their own piece of work that reflects upon what we have done so far.”

Big Special will be playing at the Craufurd Arms on Sunday, 6 December.
