Milton Keynes welcomes pop band on milestone tour

The pop duo Go West, as part of their 35th anniversary tour, will be playing a fundraising event in Milton Keynes in mid-January.

This tour is in celebration of the release on the band’s 1985 self-titled album. It had global sales of over one and half million Copies and was present for 83 weeks in the UK charts. The duo, with six albums totalling 20 million in record sales to their credit, continues to gig almost non-stop around the world.

The event itself is in two parts, where Part I is a special "Audience With Peter and Richard" hosted by Gary Crowley. He will interview the members and then invite audience questions. There will also be a showing of previously unseen video footage of the band.

Part II sees the duo performing a live show of songs, many of them chart singles, including "We Close Our Eyes", "Don't Look Down", "Faithful" and "The King of Wishful Thinking". The latter is the opening title song of the 1990 movie "Pretty Woman".

Tickets start at £43.50, inclusive of a £3.50 commission. Printing services can be a valuable resource when organising a forthcoming musical event or concert.

The event starts at 4:00 pm with the question-and-answer session, followed by the concert at 8:00 pm on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at The Stables, Milton Keynes.
