The classic in question is the famous Death on the Nile featuring the iconic detective Hercule Poirot. The play will be touring the country, after two previous successful Christie adaptations. The central role of Poirot is played by Mark Hadfield, following in the footsteps of such celebrated actors as David Suchet and Peter Ustinov. Hadfield has an impressive resume of his own, having performed as part of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
This new stage adaptation of Death on the Nile is written by Ken Ludwig and features other well-known faces among the cast. Colonel Race is portrayed by Bob Barrett, while former Dempsey and Makepeace star Glynis Barber plays Salome Otterbourne.
When local theatres want to advertise their upcoming shows, promotional products from Milton Keynes shops can help them. These can be created with the relevant theme and then given away to people.
Speaking to Yahoo News UK, Barber stated:
“I couldn’t be more excited to be returning to the stage and working with the brilliant team at Fiery Angel and director Lucy Bailey.”
The venue for the play will be Milton Keynes Theatre and it will run between 14th and 18th October.
