Milton Keynes eyes up expo

The Security Expo, organised by Premier Publishing, is due to be held near Milton Keynes in the middle of May.

This event attracts top security specialists from across the public and private sectors. The list includes government bodies, the police, transport and industrial companies, banking officials, the military and the health service.

It provides delegates with an opportunity to learn more about the latest developments. They can then seek to introduce these innovations, apply new technological solutions and incorporate best practice into their own organisations.

The schedule involves a series of seminars on important issues confronting the industry today, with insights provided by key thinkers, practitioners and security providers. There will be case studies examining the challenges of managing a facility and on leadership in procurement, as well as a technology showcase demonstrating an array of technological solutions.

It is also a chance to network with peers, and to meet and talk with the many exhibitors about their products and services. Visitors are completely free to circulate, moving unhindered from one seminar or display to another.

There is no charge for attendance, although it is recommended to register in advance. It might also be advisable to bring along some extra Business Cards for distribution amongst potential commercial contacts.

The Security Expo will take place between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on Thursday, May 13 at the Marshall Arena, Bletchley, near Milton Keynes.
