Milton Keynes date pencilled for trap metal group

The American rap rock fusion band The Dropout Kings are due to play a gig in Milton Keynes at the end of August.

The group got together in Phoenix, Arizona in 2016, with their first album, which was well-received, released via the Napalm Records label in August of the same year. Songs such as Scratch and Claw and Going Rogue proved to be a streaming success. The band had also signed to a label prior to performing their first concert, evidence of both their talent and determination to succeed.

The Dropout Kings’ music has been considered to represent a generational shift in the development of the rap-rock sounds of bands, notably Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park. This constitutes a blend of heavy metal and progressive trap and hip-hop music rhythms. The group’s sound has been more widely dubbed trap metal.

Previously signed to Stay Sick Recordings, in 2021, the group opted to sign with Suburban Noize Records and re-released their GlitchGang EP.

Tickets for the Milton Keynes performance cost £11.50, inclusive of a booking fee. Banner printing is a useful format when it comes to promoting a forthcoming concert or musical event such as this concert.

The Dropout Kings’ gig has a starting time of 7.30pm on Saturday, 30th July. It will take place at The Craufurd Arms in Milton Keynes.
