Frank Skinner and ‘30 Years of Dirt’ is coming to the Milton Keynes theatre, following successful runs in London West End and the Edinburgh Fringe.
In this show, the now-veteran comedian will take a look back at his life. As part of a double-act with David Baddiel, Skinner became an overnight star in the 1990s with the emergence of the Fantasy Football TV show and a music collaboration with The Lightning Seeds which reached number one in the summer England hosted the Euro ‘96 tournament.
As well as the anecdotes from his life, Skinner is said to indulge in a lot of audience interaction during the show, so would-be hecklers in the audience should be wary. Reviewing the show, Dominic Maxwell of The Times said:
"A supernatural sureness of touch...just plain funny in a way that few other comics can touch... supremely fast-witted in his interactions with the crowd…exquisitely vivid in some of his turns of phrase: you can sense Skinner the poetry lover in lines."
Frank Skinner’s ‘30 Years of Dirt’ tour comes to Milton Keynes Theatre on Thursday, 11th April. The gig starts at 7.30pm and continues until 10.30pm. Poster printing is a typical way of promoting the big comedy performances. Tickets for the show are available online, starting at £32.
