Folk artist gets set for date in Milton Keynes

The Scottish singer/songwriter Siobhan Miller is on the road again and due to play Milton Keynes at the beginning of October.

A talented musician steeped in Scotland's vibrant folk world, Miller performs regularly at Glasgow's Celtic Connections. Indeed, she previously acted as one of its Artistic Directors and participated in 2022's Transatlantic Sessions.

Siobhan has received a host of accolades, that includes several BBC Alba STMAs and a BBC Radio 2 Folk Award. With five solo albums to her credit, all have been placed on the shortlist for a BBC Alba STMA, which is also true of her most recent release 'Bloom'.

She has worked together on projects with a number of Scottish artists, amongst whom is Eddi Reader, and appeared with Scotland's National Theatre, as well as on the New York stage. Miller has also contributed music to the US/UK TV hit 'Outlander'.

In this acoustic set, she will be joined by a couple of Scotland's most respected folk instrumentalists, guitarist Innes White and fiddler Charles Stewart. It represents a chance for Miller to showcase both her songwriting and vocal talents.

Tickets cost £18.50 inclusive of commission. Graphic design often plays an important role in aesthetic developments within the music industry.
