The Hadley Property Group, whose Logo Design features a bracketed letter H in blue, is joining forces with the Clarion Housing Group for the building project that will be undertaken on a site previously used by UK home improvement firm Homebase.
The new homes to be constructed will be a combination of market sale, shared ownership and affordable rent apartments. Members of the public have been invited to offer feedback on the project and the suggested shops, green space and public square as priorities. Additional ideas include a sports programme and activities for younger residents.
Along with the mixed residences, the project Plans also feature a community and retail space, a central square with landscaped gardens, as well as gardens where residents can grow their own flowers and food. The development also includes public access routes for both cyclists and pedestrians, and a studio space will be provided for young people.
The Clarion Housing Group’s Director of Development, Richard Cook, commented:

Final project designs and a second public consultation are scheduled for the end of 2020, along with submission of the official planning application.
