Ilford is hosting a two-day event dedicated to food and drink this autumn.
Food fanatics in and around Ilford can attend a special event designed to celebrate food this October. For two days, the Essex area will welcome the 2024 edition of the inIlford Food fair, inviting residents and visitors alike to attend. The upcoming fair will take place on and about Ilford High Road and has been planned to coincide with World Food Day and Black History Month. The main hub for the event will be Redbridge Town Hall, but activities and entertainment will extend down the High Road all the way to Exchange Ilford.
Those attending can expect a diverse range of gastronomic delights on offer from local chefs and vendors including sweet treat and savoury street food bites. Foodies can sample brand-new flavours and connect with like-minded enthusiasts.
A host of select entertainment is also planned to accompany the rich banquet on offer at the Ilford fair include African drumming and traditional dance displays along with performances from talented teams of acrobats.
The inIlford Fair will now be held on Ilford High Road on Friday, October 18 and Saturday, October 19 and is free for all to attend.
