A stage production of a new kid’s literature classic will be performed live on stage in Ilford this coming spring.
A brand new book designed for children has been adapted into a musical stage production and will be presented in Ilford at the area’s Kenneth More Theatre, towards the end of April. Picture houses and theatres where plays are performed for children often use professional Print shops to create informative and eye-catching signage for tehri premises, stating age restrictions and discounted prices.
Entitled “I Spy With My Little Eye”, the show is based on the latest work of picture book creator Steven Lee. A successful author, Lee has already enjoyed acclaim and appreciation for some of his previous titles like “Don't Dribble in The Dragon” and “How the Koala Learnt To Hug”. The story centres around a girl called Molly and her dog Bingo and invites audience members to celebrate her sixth birthday.
Children attending can enjoy party games, a treasure hunt and much-loved singalong songs; there will also be a round of Molly’s favourite activity “I Spy With My Little Eye”.
The production of “I Spy With My Little Eye” will take to the stage at the Kenneth More Theatre on Saturday, April 29. The theatre can be found on Oakfield Road in Ilford, and the show will start at 2.30 pm.
